We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints.

 

Your position may include processing of orders, modifications, and escalating complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

 

The virtual customer service role requires a Windows OS  laptop/desktop for servicing, along with internet and home phone services to receive inbound calls. Training will be required. Experience working in customer support is preferred.

 

We are filling positions immediately for data entry, technical support, and inbound customer service. Bilingual is a plus.
